- Please ensure the exact amount is ready as delivery agents may not always carry change.

- Send payments easily via the bKash mobile app.
- Our official bKash number will be provided at checkout.
- Please include your Order ID in the payment reference.
- Rocket
- Payments can be made using Rocket mobile banking.
- Enter our Rocket merchant account number at checkout.
- Mention your Order ID for quick verification.
- Nagad
- Pay securely through the Nagad mobile financial service.
- Our official Nagad number will be shown during checkout.
- Don’t forget to include your Order ID in the reference section.
Important Notes
- Payment Confirmation
- For bKash, Rocket, and Nagad: You must complete the payment within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Orders without valid payment confirmation may be cancelled.
- Cash on Delivery Limitations
- COD is only available for selected locations and order amounts.
- Large or custom orders may require advance payment.
- Security & Fraud Prevention
- We never ask for your personal PIN or OTP.
- Always pay only to the official account numbers displayed on our website.
- Billing Details
- An invoice will be provided via email and/or with your package.
- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT where required.
